Founded in 2016 in Changyuan, Xinxiang, Wenzhong manufactures shock absorbers for passenger cars, light trucks and heavy trucks. Around 200 active references ship to 20 countries from a 6,000 m² production and research base.

— Wenzhong engineering teamThe damper is the most underrated part of a suspension. It makes no power — it only turns kinetic energy into heat. Yet every extra body movement, every hesitation mid-corner, eventually traces back to it.
Wenzhong was founded in 2016 and has grown into a dedicated shock absorber manufacturer: tube cutting, machining, welding, phosphating, assembly and testing all happen on one site in Changyuan, Henan. Around 200 active references cover Japanese, Korean, European, American and Chinese platforms.
We serve the aftermarket with replacements that behave like the original, and we support private-label programmes with packing, labelling and documentation handled in-house.
The plant is certified to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. Every production batch is sampled on the dyno, and process records are retained so a single damper can be traced back to its shim stack and assembly station.

Valve cell
Shim stamping, heat treatment and stack assembly happen in one cell, removing the batch variation that comes with outsourcing. Adjustable units offer 20 clicks of independent compression and rebound.
Test laboratory
Seven-axis dynos, a four-post road simulator and a climate chamber. Every new part must survive 100,000 full-stroke cycles and 720 hours of salt spray.
Assembly & traceability
Eight flexible assembly lines capture torque and oil-fill data automatically. Each unit carries a batch code, with process records kept for ten years.
